Free WiFi and continental breakfast, what a treat! Shops, cafes, and music venues all around. Loved the terrace and bar.
Oh, how I adored climbing the stairs with my husband's lung issue. Nothing beats a tiny sink for a refreshing face wash.

The best aspects of my Easter weekend stay were the comfortable rooms and the convenient location. The rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable place to rest after a long day of exploring the area. The location was ideal, situated in the heart of Surry Hills with easy access to trendy cafes, bars, and shops. Additionally, the communal area was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide selection of breakfast options to start the day off right.
One of the worst aspects was the inability to open the windows in the bedroom, resulting in a stuffy atmosphere at times. It would have been nice to have some fresh air circulation.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially the manager Shawn, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was stress-free and enjoyable. They even paid for our travel cards, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The location is excellent, and the rooms are soundproofed, providing a peaceful environment. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a shared kitchen with a pod coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. we were impressed with the level of service and the attention to detail at this hotel.
One minor issue we encountered was with the hot water system on our first night. However, the general manager promptly had it fixed the next day and was very apologetic.

I absolutely loved the cozy and classy decor of the hotel. The beautiful paintings and elegant furniture gave it a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained, and I felt comfortable and relaxed while exploring the hotel. As a senior person, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The ramps and wide hallways made it easy for me to move around with my cane, and the staff was always willing to assist me when needed.
I would have liked to see more activities or amenities specifically tailored for senior guests.
